The vegetable garden has a CCPAE
certificate and all the vegetables are organic.
It’s located in the
Palol state, 3 km away from the restaurant in a privileged environment,
near the Fluviá river, a mystical, reassuring landscape surrounded
with centennial trees that protect it from the north wind, which
reminds us of the greatness of the nature and the lives of
our food products.
An important part of the organization of our vegetable garden is the
henhouse, carried out with bullets of straw and coated with clay. The
autoctonous hens of the Empordà provide us with eggs every day
and collaborate in this spicy ecosystem and composting the land of the
vegetable garden with the free ranging hens.
