In the restaurant Pera Batlla we always offer dishes
elaborated of the day, the daily suggestions of Antonia take into consideration
the products from the local market, the season and our own production
from our vegetable garden.
These are some of our classical dishes: Chiken “croquetas!, Patatas
bravas (hot potatoes), Smoked vegetables with anchovies from L’Escala,
Fried squid with sauteed artichokes and sausage, free range egg with
fried potatoes and foie, Squid in tempura with in their ink and a bitter-sweet
soybean sauce, Secret of Iberian pork with sauteed forest mushrooms,
Steak tartare seasoned to taste and the dessert menú includes:
"Torrijas" fried bread with milk and cinamon, Cheese with
contrasts, Biscuit de Xixona (almonds) with hot chocolate... Teas and
natural infusions
